P 249 – EAT ALL YOU CAN! Monday to Saturday,
11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
At
this buffet we offer an assortment of International
foods including
Swedish
ham, cold smörgåstårta, baked omelette, Swedish meatballs,
Mexican tacos, Jansson Fretelse-potatoes with cream and
anchovies. Alongside with a selection of breads. In addition
we have Seafood Thai Red Curry, Chicken with vegetables,
Shanghai and Plain rice, Pancit Canton, Egg
with Salmon, Pork Adobo, Catalonian Mussels, Cabanossi
and Wienerli sausages, the ever popular Japanese sushi
rolls and lots lots more…watch out for thedelicious Chinese dimsum which is soon to be served
on the buffet!

Smorgasbord
is an anglification of the Swedish smörgåsbord –
a buffet that consists of a variety of cold and hot foods
bread and butter and open sandwich laid out with many
small dishes. A traditional Swedish smorgasbord consist
of both hot and cold dishes. It is customary to begin
with the cold fish dishes
(
generally various forms of herring, salmon etc…)
continue with the other cold dishes and round off with
the hot dishes ( of course including meatballs and other
Swedish specialties like Jansson Frestelse.)
